The Wyoming County Career and Technical Center’s RAZE chapter ended Red Ribbon Week by planting red and yellow tulip bulbs around the WCCTC CAMPUS. They represent the promise to be drug and tobacco free. The theme was “Plant the Promise” which was printed on the souvenir shovels that were given to students this week. 🌷🙅🚫
